very quickly. All of this comes with the same beautiful surroundings
and the same community atmosphere that has attracted so many homeowners

MARIETTA,
GA - With two new luxurious decorated models now open, Winterfield
Court in The Overlook at Marietta Country Club offers country
club living, the convenience of a maintenance-free lifestyle and
one of the most sought-after locations in Cobb County. The community
is being developed by Province-Grace, LLC.
Built on the seventh hole of the new nine-hole Robert E. Cupp-designed
golf course recently added by Marietta Country Club, the spacious
townhomes at Winterfield Court start in the mid-$300,000s. From
3,100 to nearly 4,000 square feet, most homes have rear entry
garages and brick and stone exteriors reminiscent of the townhomes
in Charleston or Boston. Some are accented with cedar shingles.
"Elegant
country-club living has been our goal at The Overlook," said
Hank Rowland with Grace Development Corp. and partner with David
Swales in Province-Grace. "The townhomes of Winterfield are
spacious and open with three floors of living space. They have
many upscale features people expect in much higher price points,
including wide staircases, hand-crafted woodwork and plenty of
attention to detail."
Imported Italian cabinets, granite countertops and site-finished
hardwood floors are standard at Winterfield. The community offers
five different floor plans with two, three or four bedrooms and
the option for a second fireplace in some plans. Optional elevators
are designed into every plan.
"Many
of our buyers are adding elevators, recognizing that they may
need the convenience at some point," Rowland said. "More
and more, we're seeing that people want the finer details, too,
such as radius doors, hand-finished paneling, coffered ceilings,
stainless appliances, and plenty of extra room for their larger
pieces of furniture, family antiques and heirlooms."
Winterfield's two decorated models are distinct. The Abernathy
model, which is also the sales center, is designed with young
professionals and families in mind. Its pumpkin and sage color
palette is fresh and vibrant. The modern Italian styling features
furniture with sleek lines, plenty of bright windows and a minimalist
style.
The Edison model is decorated in the Southern French country style,
with hardwood floors, richly upholstered furniture and antiques.
The deep coral and spring green used throughout the home create
an elegance from an opulent time in history without being contrived
or overdone. It has expansive views of the golf course from the
living room, the downstairs study and the roomy master suite.
The homes in Winterfield have oversized two- and three-car garages
with extra space and parking for golf carts.
Winterfield is one of five neighborhoods located within The Overlook
at Marietta Country Club. The other four are:

WEST
COBB, GA (September 13, 2004) - Overlook
at Marietta Country Club and Mt. Paran Christian School, both
on Stilesboro Road in West Cobb, have mutually benefited from
being partners in education.
Developers David Swales and Hank Rowland were on hand for Mt.
Paran's first parent-teacher meeting of the year Tuesday, Aug.
31 to present a check for $1500. The school is awarded $500 for
each family that purchases a home in the Overlook.
"It's a win-win situation for both of us," said Gayle
Popham, director of development for Mt. Paran. "All three
families were new to the area. People see a spectacular golf course
community and then they see out beautiful new campus directly
adjacent to the community - we're like a package deal!"
Overlook,
was Mt. Paran's first partner in education, also has donated a
golf cart to the school.
With our 68 acres campus, it has been so helpful to have the golf
cart for transporting guest as they tour our facility," said
Dr. David Tillery, headmaster of Mt. Paran. "It is also a
real plus that the Overlook is adjacent to our school and we can
call them neighbors. We have enjoyed partnership and look forward
to our continued relationship."
Overlook features five distinct neighborhoods with homes from
the $400's and custom homes from the $1 million+, as well as Cobb
County's only golf course townhomes. This community features a
nine-hole golf course addition to the Marietta Country Club. Other

MARIETTA
(Aug.18, 2003) - World-renowned designer Robert E. Cupp of Cupp
Design, Inc. has been selected to design the nine hole golf course
at The Overlook at Marietta Country Club.
Located in
Marietta in the suburbs of metro Atlanta, The Overlook is a 300-acre
residential project that will feature four distinct neighborhoods
with custom homes from the mid-$300's and luxury homes up to more
than $1 million, as well as the area's only golf course townhomes.
The nine-hole
golf course will compliment an existing 18 hole, championship golf
course at the Marietta Country Club also designed by Cupp. An underground
tunnel will connect the two projects. The new holes are scheduled
to open later this fall.
"We're
very excited to have someone of Bob's caliber involved in the golf
course design," said David Swales, who is developing The Overlook
as a joint venture with Hank Rowland. "His work has repeatedly
been named the best in the nation and most of the world's top players
have competed on a Cupp-designed course.
Cupp was senior
designer for Jack Nicklaus for 14 years before forming Cupp Design,
Inc. in 1984. Since that time, Cupp was named the first-ever "Designer
of the Year" by "Golf World Magazine" in 1992 and
"Golf Digest" has named three of his courses best in the
nation: Pumpkin Ridge near Portland, The Gales in Michigan and Crosswater
Golf Club in Oregon.
Cupp-designed
courses have played host to more than 50 national and international
tournaments, including seven "majors." Pumpkin Ridge,
which will host the 2006 U.S. Senior Open, was the first course
ever to host two majors within its first five years. Settindown
Creek in Atlanta was the site of the Nike Tour Championships for
two years. And, East Sussex National in the United Kingdom was named
as the permanent site of the European Open.
"Making
an additional nine holes fit with the existing 18 holes at the Marietta
Country Club was not an easy task," said Cupp. "But through
the outstanding cooperation by all involved, it will now be possible
to play three different courses."
In addition
to golf, residents of The Overtook will enjoy more than four acres
of their own amenities, including a clubhouse, five tennis courts,
junior Olympic pool with slide tower and a resort-style pool with
water feature, 28-acre spring-fed lake and more than 107 total acres
of green space.
